I would like to add that in Toronto unlike in the USA, most two bed room apartments have only one bath room, although a few places do offer 2bed room with 2 bath rooms

In Ottawa, things are little bit cheaper.
2 bed room approximately 1000/ with heat but 40-60 months for hydro for small family. I am paying 110 for home phone+Z-ATN+ lite internet.
Car insurance depends upon your driving experience/record and insurance type. Comprehensive or one way or collission.

5. $30 to $55 +14% tax in Ontario

6. Go to http://www.rogers.com" rel="nofollow">LINK and check the pricing. It is about $30 for basic cable and each desi channel will cost $10-$15 with Rogers.

7 and 8. Water is mostly included. Electricity sometimes included, sometimes not.

9. Gym approximately $40/month for one person, depends on what sort of deal and disconunt do you get.

Rest of the queries are very subjective and would vary depending on individual (how do you expect someone to estimate gas prices for two cars?)
