I'm not sure how you got the WP in the first place. It seems HRSDC or CIC were not told the whole truth.

If your employer hasn't changed, no need for new WP.

Basically you mean if the client doesn't chg as is stated on WP, no need for WP.

Just FYI,
The whole truth was told to Canadian Consulate General in India when my WP was first issued. My first WP states Employee of ABC in the remarks section.
After that my WP was renewed twice from CIC, and they were also told the truth.
The reason might be because client XYZ also gives a support letter for WP and we hav to work at client location so , they issue a WP with emp as XYZ.
Both ABC & XYZ are highly reputed multi-billion dollar organizations. ABC & XYZ both were contacted during WP issue as i can see from my FOSS notes.

Mr Massood , I hope I have now made the situation bit clear.
Kindly let me know.
You have stated that if employer does not change, no need to apply WP. My actual employer (one paying the salary) will change but the client stated on WP as employer will not change.

Thanks a lot.

No need to apply for new WP. It seems technically, nothing will change.
