My meds expire on 31Jul, 2004. I am in the fag end of the process and CHC hasnt come back to me asking for the passports ( I need to show the letter to have my passport released from my employer in the UAE). I expected to have atleast 2 months to enable a smooth pack up but.... Can someone tell me how late can the visas come? (from experiences)

Hi Balaji46,

I know people getting their visas even 15 days before expiry of medical. In the worst case, I know 2 cases, where a re-medical has come just 5 days before the expiry of medical. Even I know a case, where the candidate is asked for a re-medical & then got his visa.
