Applying for Canadian PR soon. Trying to make decision betweek Quebec process and Central Government Process. Please help me.

Which process is better and why?

Your time and suggestions will be appreciated very much.

Have you met anybody who was able to get Quebec PR without French language or a very little knowledge of French langauge?

Myself i got immigration for Quebec and i dont know French.. yes but my wife have little knowledge of french.

i m orignally frm india but right now i m in europe and my wife is europen.
in my opinion for Quebec important is yur study and work exprience and yur security amout u can get immigration.

if u hav know little french i think is enough

Who was the principal applicant? You or your wife?
Where did you apply from? How long did it take for whole process?

I do not know how much money Quebec govt. wants me to have. I have US$20K in the bank right now. If they need more, I can get more.

my wife was principal in application i applied in viena (Austria) . us$20 k is enough i think its more

) dont need more every country ambassy have diffrent processing time maximum i think is 9 month.
