So how much time will it take for her to get PR if she comes here on tourist visa and then i sponsor her from here?
Also will she have to go back to india meanwhile?
Can she study if not work before getting her PR?
What will be her visa in that in between time?

Live and Let Live
Please be willing to be separated from your wife for some time. Have patience.
Massood has advised you to stay in India for a few weeks. Try that out. A cousin of mine had done his legal marriage registration earlier than the religious ceremony & filed for his wife's US visa immediately. He could take his wife with him after a few weeks.
Trying to do things differently & then landing up into a problem might delay things. So better do it the right way. Once you have filed for her, you can apply for a visitor visa. You might get it.
There will be other times in life when you might have to be separated from her for short periods. So be prepared for that. I can understand your wanting to be with your wife especially when you are newly married.
Rgds.

Let's make India a better place !
Overseas sponsorship is much faster [a matter of weeks] whereas in-Canada sponsorships are taking not less than six months.
