The minimum pay for a work permit employee is not very high. It might be enough for a person to live comfortably, but what if he has to supoort others? What if he has to support a family or parents back home?

It might be enough to forget about a second job in some people's case and enough to forget about dependants, but not for everyone.

I am not surprised at the reply because I did not expect everyone would understand what a "relative term" is.
