Neeraj and others,
I am also looking for place to go this christmas season for 2 - 3 days.
I am looking for a place where there are a lot of things to see and within Canada and also withing 4-6 hrs. drive from Toronto. I am not interested in going to USA.
The best place that i can think of is Ottawa-Montreal-Quebec city. I personally have seen Ottawa and so may be plan for a trip to Montreal-Quebec city. On the way, a day at 1000 Islands will be a waste as there is no ferry in Winter.
I am looking for some tips from CD's/ Neeraj regarding places/ buildings to see in Montreal / Quebec City.
Another spot may be London/ Windsor. Windsor residents can tell us about places to see in WIndsor.
I invite CD members to suggest to us some good places to see. It can even form a round trip of 4-5 cities on the way.

Quebec city is very pretty, especially if you go to "old quebec". I think Montreal has a similar area. A lot of canadian history in these areas
Brush up on basic french!!
