Yes. What has been in this forum is exactly correct. I have also gone thru this phase. But for specific question of Manasvi, situation is little bit better for Accountant & Software Developers ( Atleast now). I know many of them who has setteled quickly in related fields like CGA & teaching in IT Training Insitutes.
So, in MY opinion, if person is from IT & / Accounting field , he/she may not be required to do Labour jobs for initial settlement.
