Masood bhai, I came across the appendix B form for buffalo thats states, that u neednt request a PCC from the US, unless and until asked for by the consulate authorities. I am slightly confused if I need to get clearance right now or wait till I am being asked to by the visa offcials.
Second, I came across a couple of posts that mentioned about sending the application forms with a covering letter stating that the PCC from India ( if still an Indian national, but currently residing on H1 in the United States) would be sent shortly. Pls guide if we could do so. Though there are several postst on this, I just needed a calrification, if with the new rules, one could send the forms first and add the PCC later.
Need help to understand about the acknowledgement that would be sent from the Consulate, once they have recvd the forms. Is there any form that the applicant needs to fill out and add to the Application, for this purpose. Pls guide

Everything you've read here in the recent past is accurate and need not be repeated, my friend. I hope you realise that I donate my time here and typing same answers every time gets frustrating.
Just foollow the instructions. If appendix B says don't send PCC yet, then don't.
For India, you can send later.
