While my case of canadian immigration is pending, I sent some forms and my new born son's birth certificate etc to add him to the application. But at the SAME time, canadian consulate mailed me a letter telling me my case of immigration has been approved, and it asked me to send my passport to it to issue a PR visa.
I believed the canadian consulate has not looked at my son's document when it mailed the letter of approvement to me.
What should I do? Should I just send my passport to the consulate for visa, or should I wait for the consulate to ask for my son's medical exam and my son's passport, then at that time, I send my son's passport together with my passport?
Your help is greatly appreciated.
If the application is approved, then do as they tell you to do. Everything will fall in place. If it needs further processing they will let you know what it is that they want and also the dollar amount. (They know exactly what is going on.)
Good Luck.
Welcome to Canada.
Freddie.
