Just want to know your opinion/reviews about the area of Morningside and Ellesmere/Sheppard. Is it safe to buy a property in that area.

It would be of great help if you all could shed light on it.

In my very personal opinion, that area is not good. Anything east of Markham Road in Scarborough is not safe because of high crime rates.

There may be some neighbourhoods in that area which are good. Probably Real Estate Experts in the forum can guide you.
