I am Canadian PR - after living 5 yrs in US. Currently I have a valid H4 visa in US. I own a company in Canada and want to transfer onto a B1/B2 visa to be able to conduct business in US on the right status. Any particular docs required for application ? Will my H4 be still valid after I get the B1/B2? In case they deny B1/B2 - could I still go back to US on H4 Any advice for my situation would be appreciated
