What is your budget ?
and where do you want to buy ? Canada /US /GULF ? or your location?y t
By the way I use Sony Ericsson K660i ( 3G phone, dual camera 3G features not tested yet by me) the phone is good except in one department.
the sounds are not loud enough and unlike nokia / motorola, samsung etc. But I can live with it.
Try gsmarena.com as a starting point to see what your options are.

Hello!
If you take prepaid option all calls are charged (both incoming & outgoing).
if you take a monthly plan, then incoming is free. for outgoing you have a fixed number of minutes (say 100) on peak hours (mon-fri, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm) and free for the rest of the time 0r fully free (depends on the plan).
Fido is the cheapest provider. So see their websites for more info.. Telus has the widest coverage, better reception and is all over Canada.
FYI, Landline in canada is fixed price. All incoming and outgoing local calls are free.
Hope it answers your Q.

Not necessarily true. On a Rogers network, prepaid to prepaid, only the outgoing is charged, incoming is free. This may not be true with Bell or Telus. It depends on the service provider

You're probably refering to only specifc plans from Fido. Even with Fido there are plans where incoming is charged. As regards free evenings, it again depends on the plan.
