I want to have info about my VISA Validity.
I landed on 26 Jun 2003 and was in Canada for 3 months and my family was in Canada for One week only.
Please confirm that is My VISA still valid in May 2006 ?

Its very urgent for me as I am going to Wind-Up everthing here and about to re-entre Canada in First week of May 2006 with the intention of permanent settlement in Canada.

I would be Highly thankful.

yes it is, as u have to live 2yrs out of 5yrs for permanently living in canada nad maintaining ur PR status.
so from june 2003 to may 2006, u have done only 3yrs. so u still have 2yrs to go before ur PR is over. so u can come here and live here permanently for another 2yrs to maintain ur PR status.
