I do not have Adobe Photo Shop.

How can I view PSD Files?

Irfanview is a free software that can be used to view PSD files. Their website says it supports viewing PSD.

You can always get Picasa from google.

You will have to enable psd files from Tools > Options > the File Types tab menu.

Picasa will solve your digital media collection oraganization problems.
