I happened to check my call details on g3telecom.com under my account and noticed that i was being charged 17.5 cents to call a cellular line in india instead of 15.9 cents. i have the G3telecom prepaid plan which gives me 15.9 cents. I use reliance india normally but use g3 for a backup or for other parts of the world.

when i called their customer service, this rep and belive his name was rollie tried to insist its a cellular rate. i said i understand and your website states clearly that its 15.9 cents for landline as well.

after much communication and me trying to explain my point they agreed to give me credit of 2 cents etc for the minutes which isnt a issue. but its the principle and its illigal.

i suggest that you all check your g3telecom accounts online.

have u checked the no. of min they charged vs u used ? i use them for us, canada n uk.

It would be nice to know who is using what and at what rate to where, we all can compare and save some $$$$'s in that manner.

I use G3Telecom as well and upon looking at this post I too have discovered something smelly, I will look into details even further. Thanks for the heads up.
