Presently I am working for Canadian company in India and paying Canadian taxes. My age 51 and qualification BE from India and MSC Civil from U.K. What are the chances for job in Canada.

Hmm...I wonder how you're paying Canadian taxes if you're working for a Canadian company in India. Are you a Canadian PR already?

In a nutshell, the honest answer is "Not good at all!". Especially in your age group. Sorry to sound discouraging but I'm just stating a fact.

Yes ,I have PR card . I immigrated in 1999 and got job in Canadian company and posted in India. I will be completing assignment in march 2004.
If not civil engineering job. Can I try some business . Say with Capital of 50000 or so. What type of business will suit.
