If i want to call my parents to Canada on VISITOR VISA, how can i call them ? Do i have to fill up the application from here OR they can also apply from India ?? What is the actual procedure ? Please help me

Since you are the invitor, here are few documents you could send to support your invitation. Remember, there are really no very strict rules as to what documents you have to send, you just use your best judgement.
1. A letter of invitation with your parents' names, addresses and phone numbers, your details such as DOB, status in Canada, address and phone.
2. A copy of your PR card plus pages of your passport or copy of Cdn passport or copy of Certificate of Cdn citizenship.
3. Employment letter stating your position, hire date and annual wage.
4. Proof of your residency (lease agreement, property deed, etc)
5. Financial statements (bank statement, investment statements, etc)
6. Copies of Notice of Assesmnts for 2 to 4 years
The above was what I sent for my parents' application last month and none of the above were notarised or declared under oath or anything of that nature. My parents have received a 5 yr multiple entry visa.
Something to note: Usually, more travel history one has, easier it seems to get to obtain a visa approval, although, it's just my theory. My parents have visas (valid and expired) on their passport from travels to European countries (Schengen, Swiss, UK), US, Dubai, Singapore and Malaysia.

Can you also advise how to go about their medical (normal or emergeny) . Is their insurance is reasonable.

Hi Guys !
Something very strange but true .. My parents applied visitor visa . I had no T4 ( I am self employed ) ..Had incurred losses in my income tax filing . Parents had no bank balance ( they spend all there money on our education ) and in the name of property they were having a small house in Delhi . I am the only son ..PP had too many typing mistakes like name of my father is wrongly spelled , sex of my mother is M and so on ..
( Nr evr had applied any other visas )
BUT THEY WERE ISSUED A VISA TODAY...
SO my guess is it is all MATTER OF CHANCE ..
