Has anybody has any experience for Coin Operated Bussinees/ Coin Operated Laundry bussiness in GTA. I can invest upto 70-80k balance i wikk have to finance, it should be upto 150K-175K. I can not devote much time to business thats why this coin operated business. What will be the return around? I am looking for a Net profit of 2500-3000 per month.
All suggestion are welcome.

Our office is doing a Car wash at Brampton. Our client is a Punjabi. From talking to the client i found that he must have immigrated (he is around 60) and his 2 sons (one must be 32 and the other 30) might have come at a very early age or born here. The construction has started and the Car Wash is to be finished by the end of this year.
I wonder (about coin car wash) if people wash their cars during winter (about 6 months in Toronto). i for one never wash my car during that time. So the question would be as to how you will cope up for the lost revenue during that time. Would covering up the car wash (like with an automatic garage door ) during winter be a good option?

Yes . You are right. Location is very important.Big Car Wash are busy even in winterd like one on Derry Goreway Intersection.You can get upto 1000Cad /month with each Coin opertared bay if it is on good location +you give good service.TK, I am not intrseted in going for a New Car Wash, I am intrested in buying one a running one.

Here is my query!
Who will sell an existing Car wash and Laundry (coin operated). This business does not have to have any full time employees watching over it. So the only person interested in selling it might be people who donot make much money out of it and which you would not be interested in buying it yourself too b'cos of the possibility of less income being generated.
Have you thought of locating a good location and then building it through a contactor (Turn Key project)? The risk is great but it is the only way that you will get good returns.
Just my thoughts.

You are right to a certain extent but may be there are few people who wants to make a Capital Profit & retire . ( like he purchsed it for 45000 & now he is selling it for 200, 000. This is just my few. I found some listings in Bussinessexchange. However, I fully understand your point person is selling it may be he is not making good profit/less profit/or making loss.
