Dear Massood,
Have read ur comments and advice to people on this site, and I have some of my queries, for which I am getting all mixed responses. Please tell me what u think:
1) Need I notarize my work contracts, since all of them are all originally in English, therefore no translation reqd? (an agent here in the UAE says I don't need to, another says I do. I am applying on my own, so now don't know what to do!!)
2) Need I notarize my transcripts, as my degree is already attested and notarized in India and here in the UAE (finished BA thru correspondence)?
3) Can I send in my application with only 1 PCC for the country I am currently living in and a note, stating the PCC for country of origin will follow? Or send it without either of the 2 PCCs, but have a note attached? (am in hurry, cuz they say the points may change, or some other rule may come in, and getting PCC from India will take a minimum of 45 days!!)
If yes, how do I send it when it does arrive? Or do I wait till they assign me a file no.? Will it classify grounds for them to return/reject my application.
I am applying in the skilled worker category, and according to me I score at least a 70. Have travelled to Canada once in the recent past and have a relative there as well.
Ur feedback wud be highly appreciated.
Thanks,
yes u can apply. notarization is better but if not then also chalega. For pcc u can write a note and send them later.
have fun !
thanks satya for being the sole person who replied to my query. I think i will go ahead and file for application with the pcc. But is it ok if I send my wife's PCC for India and with it, also send the PCC for the UAE for the 2 of us? The only one outstanding would be mine, which will take longer. Is that ok, or should I just send all of them together. What do u suggest??
