Hi Need Advise as always, the bank statement to be provided by the sponsor should be for what duration , 3 months, six months , mY agent tells me 2 years, this appears to be quite a long time , do all the funds have to be in savings or some in FD would do

FDs are the best I think.
Cash funds at least 6 months old would be fine as well ( They may ask you or you should provide a proof of cash deposite if its a major amount )
