I am agoin to apply for canadian citizenship next month and then moving to US for a job. Is it OK to give my friend's address as my mailing as well as residential address?

assuming a citizenship judge or cic asks you " you waited to complete 3 years , and do not want to live here. then why do you want canadian citizenship ?"
