A friend of mine is currently in Sacramento, Carlifonia on H4, her Husband is working on h1b. Hubby got his PR in 2004 and they got married in 2005. What options do they have for getting her PR approved so when they move to Canada, she can start working immediately. Suggestions, Tips, Opinions?? Please let me know.
