hi,
i landed in Canada on 25th September 2005 from London, U.K. after getting PR card I left Canada on 25th November 2005 due to family reason. At present I am working and living in London UK. I was not married when I landed to Canada and received the PR card. Now I am married and want to move Canada as soon as possible with my wife. But she does not have PR card or visa. Therefore I want to apply for her.
I shall be most grateful if you can please advise me how I can apply for her as a spouse. Do I need to enter Canada first and get into employment and then apply for her? Or can apply from London, UK so that we both can enter in Canada together? From the website I understood I need to be in Canada to be sponsored for my spouse. PLEASE ADVISE me soon.

-- Yes, you need to be present in Canada in order to sponsor your wife to come to Canada. You do not need to meet the income cut off to sponsor your wife. (You need not wait to get a job to sponsor her).
