Dear All
Has anybody got his fiance on Visitor Visa, got married to him/her in Canada and applied for spouse sponsorship and PR while he/she was in Canada (ofcourse by extending spouse's visitor status)?
It would be very useful if you could share your experience!!

Get all your ducks in a row. There are a lot of suggestions and procedures posted by me, on to this website. You will have a whole Gamut of questions to answer. Then go the Immigration department closest to you and apply there on humanitarian grounds and wait. Also apply for the OHIP and SIN Card too and make sure your address co-incides with hers. That way they know that she resides with you. It might take about an year or less.
