I know it's been discussed quite a few times but haven't seen a post which compares these two options

I got one today for taking a left on no left ( need to check where the sign was ). Before this it was a clean record

Wondering which of the above two option I should choose ?

I once got ticket for parking in "No Parking " area. No parking sign was not visible (hidden behind a branch of tree). I took pictures with camera and decided to contest. However, theguy from traffic department did not show up and fine was dropped.

I have heard a story from my Canadian white guy who told me that if you reach the court before the appointed time and bargain with Traffic department lawyer, you can settle for just fine and he will not press for "Demerit points" which in itself is a big thing.

Did 'your white Canadian guy' also tell you to be careful the next time you decide to park your junk in a place it's not supposed to be parked?.... :)

You are sick. Please learn to read and do not spread you "swine" like thoughts.

Uncle....itna gussa mat karo...heart attack aa jaayega... :p

I read it right....what amused me was the way you brought in the color of a guy's skin in a conversation what otherwise WOULD have been very 'normal'. You will never learn. We need to get you some more training I guess... :D

Thanks. So did you or the other guy challenge OR decided to pay with reason. I checked for the No left turn sign and they are there.

Should I challenge ( on what basis ) OR just ask for a date to pay with reason and hope the prosecutor will do something to help me
