If you take the count of people who are comming here on low paid jobs and those who made big, the percentage will not be more than 1. Also you may not be aware that when these people come here they are mostly 95% are cheated with big promises and as soon as they land their passports are retained by the sponsors. Though the new law says its illegal but has hardly seen much change in this (Even in current date) More over they are been put into nasty living situation. Is this civilised society in 21st century

If one says why they are comming, well nobody comes here if they knew this will be the real situation, all are given false promises and false picture.

As far as the daily in which this news was printed is true by and large, perhaps if you check, same or almost similar facts were reported by many local as well as international news papers and media. More over I have seen this the conditions in which these people are forced to live in.

So if one says that people are comming here with their own will, its true, but with wrong picture from the reality which is given to them.

Forget about the low paid jobs, even for skilled and professional people salaries are based on their nationality, colour of the skin and their faith. Even in present job adds you will get to see that people of so and so origin or nationality or criteria only need to apply . So its open discrimination accepted by law.

There are more and more such bitter stories to say. Its only upto oneself either to accept that YES, this is what happens here or be blind and act as if one does not know anything or ignore the facts.

I have lived 12 yrs in the gulf. I know what you are talking about. /Being an Indian will always be difficult for us in any part of the world. So whenever we move out of India we should be ready for it. Till the time India becomes a supe power and its per capita GDP is at par with a developed nation (25 to 35 thousand $ per annum) compared to 3000 $ per annum now.
