Travel experience by Aeroflot-Russian Airlines

Hi All,
How is the Aeroflot-Russian Airlines service to India? Anyone who has traveled, please share the experience.

My wife and kids flew on aeroflot couple of years ago.

They do not know English. Moscow airport is very small and the shop owners do not know English well. They also do not have many flights, so if you miss one flight (or they cancel it) You may be delayed by 24+ hours.

They are cheap though.
