Hi Guys,

I already apoligize to BL for what happened and doing to you all as well.

And Fido, give me a break and stop saying that w/o solid background i went back-home and got married coz I am on the study permit here. If you look in canada bit more, you will find many ppl on study-permit who went back-home and got married and after that few ppl wife are here and few not. I am in the second case.

Fido, thanx for your help so far, but would like to say that its none of your business that why I went back-home and got married even I am on the study permit. That's personal.

And ashakeel, appreciated for your sympathies towards me.

Thanx

Indian Guy,
I fully sympathise with your situation. What you have done is not at all wrong (not the alias but trying to get your wife to join you in Canada). What many people miss is that Canada does not pay for your study and that you finance your studies with your parents money/ your money/ part time job etc...
A lot of people are exploiting canada (e.g. false refugee status-coming to Canada from a refugee land with false documents or being members of a banned group and yet get refugee status in canada/ pending refugee status etc..., overstaying their TRV, working during TRV, marrying a citizen with TRV and then changing their status to PR and then divorcing etc..) and still they have permanent staus. I can understand how your feelings would be i.e. paying for your studies and yet you canot get a TRV for your wife etc...
Well, As Cir57 said you can try to contact the lawyer's and see if he can help in your situation or you can wait till your PR comes through and then apply for a spouse sponsershp.
All the best in your honest efforts.
TK A

Hi tamilkuravan,

Thank you for your honest efforts to help me out. Yeah I agree with you and Cir57 and spoke with few lawyers, they suggested not to apply for her any visa anymore until we get our immigration and also suggested to continue my studies and stay in Canada until I get my immigration, after that she will be here for sure which will be the most happiest moment in my life and I am sure for her as well.

Thanks once again for your suggestion and help.

Sorry if I have hurt your feelings buddy but my intent is only to make you believe that integrity means a lot in the world .In India people fake experience and get hired - here reference means one hell of a lot.

All the best . Never do anything wrong and find a correct way however hard it may be . I am away from my spouse myself but I am waiting patiently , the right way.

Really Really nice answer TK. But fido should not write so hard answer. And BL used so much bad words for Desi Canadian. I donot see any reason for using harsh words even he did something wrong.
everyone thinks from its own angle and point of view and should not try to change his or her attitude towards any personal problem. May be if you are in place of his place you might did the same or worst things Indian guy did.
If you donot have good words, keep your mouth close.
Are you there BL and FIDO
Best of luck Indian Guy feel free to do what your heart says. (Doonia kee parvah mat karou. )
GOD BLESS YOU MY FRIEND. Keep trying

My "bad" words weren't cause he created a troll. He's done this before and I've warned him not to. Maybe he forgot but I didn't.

Regardless, my anger was at the point that he was trying to pull a fast one on people who were trying to help him. Nothing's more disgraceful than that. People on this forum are not fools.
