Not really. I am thinking to move to the US and study there. Universities in US have less rigid requirements and are more flexible towards the requirements of the students.

We (my wife and I) have done quite some research in this area, and here are our findings. There are three options:
1. Complete a Master's (or at least 1 yr - not sure) in India. This is the cheapest option.
2. Do a 4th yr in a Canadian university as a non-degree student. This essentially means that you're doing a year's worth of courses as a filler - not much value add, except to get your 16th year. Check that the MBA universities just need 16 years total, and not a 3yr undergrad + 2 yr Master's. This will be expensive, even if you're a Canadian resident. Also be prepared to do a little running around as a university personnel sometimes confuse this option with a transfer.
3. Transfer to a Canadian university. Most universities allow only 2 years worth of credits, so you will have to repeat one year here. Also, each university will have their criteria on which courses they accept. Most expensive option.
Doing diploma courses in Canada is risky. I don't think universities will recognize this as being equivalent to a university education.
Good research. I am sure this will help a lot of ppl. thanks!!
