You can try for positions as a " Lecturer " in various colleges & also private institutions or even Universities.

You won't need Ph.D. for that. But even those jobs are hard to get. Lot of Union related stuff in Colleges, Universities & High Schools in Canada. These are well paying jobs, and you need connections to get in.

White people have conquered these teaching jobs, for brown people not easy to get in, although 50 % of ALL the students are mostly from India & China in Canadian universities & colleges.

Yes "Teaching" hugely dominated by whites in higher study institutions. Mitron put it well.
