I also applied in Sep, 03 but on their website, it does not give any response. It suggest that they have not got myapplication. Although I got one letter from the department with a booklet for information.

But nothing thereafter. I do not know? When it will be coming.

Somebody was telling me that more you inquire more down you will be on list. I hope that is not true. But it really hurts when citizenship application takes that long. Is Canada handlig population of India or Canada. I am not sure.

Any government agency if listening please respond.

I would just say to be patient it is very common to take two or three month to receive the letter and the book (look at canada) and ur file will not appear on the e-cilent web site until they start processing your application normaly six month just wait another two weeks befor u call them because i think there is no reason to call at this time ur application now at the CPC SYDNEY CENTER the phone No 416-937-4444
