Few questions for you :
1. Why does a customer have to call you to report a lower advertised rate? Why can't you be proactive and do it yourself?

2. If one customer calls for a lower rate and you do offer him the lower rate, why can't it be applied to all customers?

3. Why does everyone complain about your billing and why is it fixed only when called? Don't you have an internal audit system to check the bills before sending to customer?

BTW, I am not a Comwave customer and do not intend to be one. These are some questions that come to my mind whenever I hear your lowest price guarantee. It is actually only for those who call - the ones who dont call, keep getting milked at higher rates.

The suggestions provided by Comwave Marketting looks like this guy is a new immigrant and not been able to figure out a livelihood other than becoming a devil's advocate.

Buddy, there are many things to do in life apart from falling prey.

These so called service providers are fooling around with someones hard earned money.
