Canadians are fed up of the prices we are forced to pay at the gas stations. As a NATION WIDE movement of Canadians we are boycotting one station at a time for a month until we create a pressure on the suppliers to bring down these inflated prices.

I doubt this will have any effect on the gas companies. The gas companies maintain that they will continue business as usual. The prices will maintain at whatever levels the they choose to charge and we essentially have no choice than to fill up (or switch to public transit and that's not an option for many people out there).

I say buy a fuel efficient car and in the long term see your savings grow over the years. I see people on the news complaining about the high gas prices and they're filling up 100 litres on an 8 cylinder SUV that guzzles gas by the gallon.

However, I still support all those that do wish to take part in this protest.
