We have a successful catering business, operating for over 5 years. We specialize in Pure vegetarian Indian food.

We are planning to diversify into a related business- we plan to deliver vegetarian lunch packs to customers in their offices. There will be a mix of south Indian and North Indian vegetarian food.

We plan a variety in the lunch packs , which will be tasty, non-greasy and healthy.

I would appreciate getting your comments, suggestions, & opinions regarding the viability of this business.

Thank you in advance for your inputs.

Sounds like a niche area which you have previous experience in. I dont know if there are others in toronto with similar services but with the desi population being big as it is, along with your experience...seems like a good idea.

One thing to think about...if you have not already. You may have to think about the delivery areas and keeping the food warm while you make the stops along your route/s...especially in the winter.

p.s: sent you a p.m

I think this will be a great idea. But with this, you need to be flexible. Like for me, I like to buy some curries and say chapatis, store them and take them for lunch. Or sometimes I may not be able to take lunch so in that case I may send for it. Depends on what rate options you have and some such. If you do let me know, I would be interested.
