Man seriously...that company needs to do something about itself. I'm another disgruntled customer. I've been trying to get them to update my address for the past year...each time they tell me it has been done. However, every time i call back they still have the wrong house # address on record. The address they have is of a neighbour of mine. After talking to about 4 of their agents in the past year...they recently sent a new credit card (which I did not ask for), issued in my name, to my neighbour. The neighbour has been kind enough to come and hand me the card which I refuse to activate or use. This reminds me to call them and give them a piece of my mind.
Entrusting my car to them...no way jose!
