Ask him to move his arse to Alberta.. Best place for Engg jobs

Mech engg jobs are hard to come by in Toronto.. I know one guy who spend 3 years trying to get a PHD in UK and then migrated here.. He had to start out as a Mill wright.. or a milling machine operator as we say back home. he moved on to something better in the same company but he is so frustrated with the country that he is moving back as soon as his OCI comes in..
