Or is it 'prndl'. There are a lot of interpretations on the abbreviations. When it works, you feel greeeaat. Whern it does not work, you are up the creek without a paddle, some times it is too late.
Some of these vehicles have a suitcase handle just over the drivers door. It is called IIIOOO bar. When this vehicle fails going down hill or up hill you hang on to the suitcase handle and pray to the creator shouting 'IO'.
