Original job offer to submitted with the Work Permit application

Friends

Form IMM 1295B (item 14) application for Work Permit requires that the original job offer shall be submitted along with the application for Work Permit.

My question is that if original job offer is submitted with the application, then, does it means that a copy of job offer is sufficient for immigration officer while entering Canada.

Can someone share their experience on this matter.
