Could anyone please tell me the requirements for LMO on the part of the employer? My old employer is hiring me as an Assisting Manager and willing to do lmo as well but the employer doent have anyone on payroll for the last 12 months. I am not sure if this job offer letter will help me that's why asking for the requirements.
The other thing i wanna mention that I have already submitted my PR application to CIO with AEO under the Graphic Designer job.So, my other question is will it be ok to work as a Manager for some other company ,in completely different field??????Actually I just have 2 months left on my visa so trying to figure out way for the extension.
I will appreciate if u could all come up with your expertise.

Your employer needs to have at least one ( preferably two) on payroll ( technically at the time of making the LMO application. The position has to be advertised at least for 2 weeks in a national job bank or leading national paper or both. The salary should be in par with the existing fair market wage in the region ( as per the labor market survey) where the position is available.
If company M got Arranged Employment for you approved by HRDC for X job and you are currently working for N company for a Y job ...... that is okay. If you need to extend your work permit, the current company where you are working needs to get an LMO approved.
Anyway ... I can't really advice/comment more as the information you have provided is not enough.
