I am not sure about it, but agriculture department will not allow you to bring it. It may carry diseases which are not native here and so they have strict laws about it.

Basil has many varieties. The closest name of Tulsi is Holy Basil.

I am in calgary & am in need ofthe manjar can u post a few manjar in the regular post to me.?
We have it at our home. We got Dry 'Manjar' from India. We started with 'small pot' and now the Tulsi is moved in to quite a Big one.
And it requires quite a lot of Sun ...
