I Have a question for you all, I need to know if there are any travel agencies in Toronto Ontario, who have a financing option for the airfare, example: fly now and pay later, or visit now and pay later.?

Well ! I have never heard of travel agencies like what you are asking in Canada or India.
However your next best option is to get some credit cards which offer low interest rates (like 2.9% for 6 months etc..) and then pay whenever you have money.
Other options are to get a loan from the office you work / parents and then pay off as you get your salary.
If you have any other specific reasons/ questions, Please do share it with us I find your question very unique.
