ask them if they have a recorded confirmation of ur acceptance to their offer. if they have ask them to play it to u and then decide what happened in the call.

all the companies who do telemarketing should have calls recorded.

i dont think they can prove ur acceptance if they have not recorded ur conversation.

u can hire a lawyer and sue them for mental pressure leading to depression.
