would apperciate if somebody can provide me some guidelines on following

i have heard that getting open work visa for calgary is esay can somebody tell me the process for the same as i have my sister in law who is a teacher back home and we want her to come to canada, as she is sister we cannot file her immigration so thought if she can come on work visa and then we can put her immigration file in canada as independent candidate . also is somebody can guide on

how this working visa works, means how long is it and how to renewe the same.
secondly is it possible to find job from india and then get work permit from the employer,

out both which is easiest and fastest.

other opinions and suggestion are welcome if somebody can think of how i can get my sister in law in canada.filling from india as independent candidate is out of question because of her age above 50

There a lot of demand for Teachers in USA. Teachers get H1 and it is fast track as it sponsored by gov agency. Teachers are hired not for teaching but mainly ito control students in class. In US the bad schools are the one mostly hiring teachers.

The process of work permit involves finding a job, getting the job validated by Services Canada and filing application for grant of work permit at the home visa post. The idea is to let the employers arrange foreign workers for the positions they are not able to fill from within Canada.
