Hello Everyone,
I came to Canada on student visa. After completing my studies, I applied for work permit and was approved to work in Canada. Currently I am working.
Now my employer is paying salary, but not same as mentioned in the job letter. Secondly my employer is not deducting tax from my salary and had asked me to pay my tax at my own. (Note: I am going to file my tax at my own and will declare all income earned so far from my employer.)
I want to know, will i be in a problem when i put my Immigration file for Canada for not receiving the salary as mentioned in the job letter and for my tax deduction, which my employer is not doing?
And even my employer is not deducting tax from my income, can i show this 1 year work experience when i put my Immigration file and will Canadian Govt. will consider it?
Looking forward for positive response from you all.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
