See if you can develop your idea into a full blown finished basment with two wash rooms, a wet bar and room for 100 seats to have a extra wide screen and with a wireless BLASTING home theatre and the entertainment center with pop corn machine, bar stools, beer dispenser { Some times the promotionls are so good, you can get thirty beers for 18 bucks} and a Walk out for the smokers etc., ??!!
