Jyoti here Can anybody tell me about "Basement Apartment". How are the basement apartments? Are those decent & comfortable. Plz advice.

if it is nicely maintained, it would be as good as main floor. I lived in the basement for 4 years and no complaints. Before you finalize make sure it is neat and clean and well ventilated too.
