Hello,
I need some advice on my issue regarding payment.

I placed order from http://www.Kharidari.com" rel="nofollow">LINK for Rakhi+Dry fruit+ Sweet( Kaju katri 1kg). I specified in my order deliver date and everything.
-They delivered 15 days ahead of delivery date-
-Instead of 1 kg they delivered 500 gms of Kaju katri sweet
-They didnt delivered dry fruit

I send them emails and informed my credit card company. I just saw charge today and them I called my Credit card company to stop payment. They just charged yesterday on my credit card. I asked them to stop. However, they are saying that if you receive partial order then we can't stop or we can't dispute. They told me to send that partial order back to them and then we can dispute charge or call them and solve your problem.
I emailed them many times and called them. Still no reply

so what should I do?
i cant 500 gms kaju katri back bcz i cant ask my relatives to do that as i gifted them and they already might have eated
any advice on this issue?

The same thing has happened to me.
Did you send it through Rediffmail.com?
I doubt if the company that delivered the sweets will ever reply to you. The only thing that you can do is to post your feedback on the site which can be viewed by others so that further people who are ordering will be warned.
It is best to forget the whole incident and not do business with them at all in the future.

In my case what happened was :

1. Ordered a colourful saree but the one delivered was jet balck (which my mother refused to wear) and which they are now using to mop their house.

2. ordered 1 Kg. of dry fruits. What was delivered was 500 Grams.

3. Orders 500 grames of dry fruit to be sent in an ornamental box ; Only the ornamental box was delivered.

OTOH, I have had around 10 correct deliveries. I donot use that service at all these days!

Usually, i prefer gujarat gifts but this time i tried because they had good selection but i guess that was the big mistake.

I had an issue with The Star, payment was made by credit card. My credit card company told me that a payment can not be stopped but they can flag dispute against the payment. In that case they would send a notice stating dispute to the seller. Now, it is responsibility of the seller and buyer to get settlement. In my case Star reversed payment and my credit card company informed me by a notice that payment has been credited to my account.

Did the package sent to your home in India include an itemized list of goods?
If so, that's all the proof you may need to dispute the charge with your credit card company.
Take a printout of your original order from the website and get a copy of the itemized list and prove to your credit card company that what you ordered is not what you got.

If not, you can always have your folks take a picture of the items in their original package and use that to dispute the charge.

I have got reply from kharidari people saying that they will investigate and will ask the vendor to send details and if they haven't shipped full amount then they will re ship remaining amount...
lets see the updatess...
I have even ask credit card company to contact murchant so they might have contact them for further details..
I wil let you know guys update
