Hi,
I have my brother in India. He is not highly educated. He has passed his 12th grade. He is 35 and works small jobs which are not for long duration. He is married and interested in comming to Canada. I am a permenant resident.
Is there anyway I can sponsor him or any way he can come to Canada.
Thanks in advance for any tips.

how about Business category?? make him a bogus partner in some shop,etc.....????
As a lawyer, i will never condone or advise to go the bogus route. Under new law, both the misreprentor and the person encouraging/party to it can be punished. You can have your citizenship stripped away too...
So, just think 10 times before doing anything illegal.

Masood thank you for your advise. I commented this because I have heard that the chinese people in GTA get settled this way. But as a Canadian citizen, I should remember your advise and be responsible. My apologies.
Well, dont worry I am not going to use the bogus way/practice...
But this does explain how an korean who cannot speak english and can only work as a labor on a construction site can get to Canada. He is staying as my neighbour. I was wondering how he got to Canada... asked other koreans staying with him many time, but never got an answer.
I was wondering if there is any way I can sponsor my brother as he definitely does not qualify the "skilled worker category"
I cannot comment or speculate on how other people get into Canada. There are refugees who get to Canada with no knowledge of English.
There are other humanitarian reasons why Canada accepts all sorts of people.
There are people who use scams to get into Canada.
Others listen to valuable advice and plan accordingly and ultimately end up in Canada. The longer route is often the best. The short ones are full of traps.
