It seems that the person is a Cheater and he want to make fake money....
as he offered 24.75/ Hr seems impossible as the position is entry level....
Is there any consultant or lawyer who can assist me regarding the same...CANADIAN DREAMS ...

If you search the Charcha you will find enough advises AGAINST any consultant or lawyer and another set of links where you can prepare and apply on your own...The first step to realise your Canadian Dream is to have faith in your abilities and try to do your formalities on your own. Depending on consultant/professionals for every trivial matter will not help you in settling in Canada, only make it worse.
In India we are used to hiring agents for everything, since the corruption is so rampant we are not aware of the tricks of the trade, especially dealing with govt. agencies, where you have to rely on agents. In Canada, its almost the opposite, in most cases its easier and simpler if you do it yourself.

I dont even understood how can he imagine going for collection agencies if i/you failed to pay the money incase you dont take the "Wonderfull Room Attendent" offer at XXX inn.
Well...just leave it or give him a tit for tat or take some experts help if you think lot of other desi's in india are getting victims of this guy.
Bottom line...not worth it...

I am interested to know more about 'collection agencies' working here. In one case, without asking or calling for services, a service provider (some gardening company) claims to have provided the service and demanded money (about 100 $) from my tenant. Now if that is the situation when my tenant claims he never asked for it (one can guess, as a tenent, why he would), the company has resorted to a collection agency against him. Is there a relief or solution to the problem. Or this is the way how it works, if case goes to collection agency, better pay. In this case both parties have no proofs to support their claims, but as any other person with 9-5-12 job (9 to 5, 12 $ an hour), my tenant will like to avoid hassal, as that again cost money.
